If your equipment is not functioning properly for any reason (other than neglect or abuse) we will ship the equipment back to our facility, replace the necessary components, and ship the equipment back at zero cost to the customer. Rest assured knowing that you are in great hands when you purchase your equipment from PCSP. This warranty will be upheld for a period of 3 years from day of purchase. 3 Year Extended Warranty - Full coverage of parts, labor, and shipping
After receiving the item, you may contact us within 90 days for a refund of your purchase. Your refund will be given as money back or exchange (buyer's choice). If equipment is not defective - buyer pays return shipping.
There is 20% restocking fee applied to any items returned ordered in error or returned as defective but deemed as operational upon receipt.

Orders placed before 1:00 pm (EST) are eligible for same day shipping. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
