Are my purchases protected by warranty?

Where is my order?
If you have not yet received a tracking code within 24 hours of receiving your order, don't worry. You likely just missed our shipping carriers cutoff window, and you will likely receive your tracking code from the carrier during the next business day. Click the link above for more details.
Can I change my shipping address after purchase?
Unfortunately, no. Due to credit card policies we can not change shipping address after the purchase. However, depending on timing, we may be able to cancel your order and you can place your order again with the correct shipping address. What does "Seller Refurbished" mean?
This is the technical term for most of the equipment we sell. We are not a computer manufacturer, but rather a refurbisher and seller. Refurbished items are generally used and may show signs of wear, including scuffs and scratches. These items are almost always marked as simply: condition - Refurbished.
These are items that have been restored to working order by PCSP or a third party not approved by the manufacturer. This means the item has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to full working order. This item may or may not be in original packaging. Drivers or cables (besides power cable) likely not included. What does "Manufacturer Refurbished" mean?
We rarely sell items with this condition, but when we do, they marked condition - Manufacturer Refurbished. Whenever an item is returned to the manufacturer for any reason and the original box has been opened, the item (whether it’s a television, a computer, a camera, or some other technical device) must be reconditioned to the manufacturer’s original quality standards. Any non-functioning parts are replaced with functioning components and the item is repackaged.
