All storage drives are securely wiped to industry standards before they leave our facility. Each drive is then tested for SMART health, full surface scan (HDD) or block-level integrity (SSD/NVMe), and hours-of-operation are reported in the listing. Drives that do not pass our checks never ship.
PCSP’s free 1-year standard warranty applies to configured units (servers, workstations, desktops) — loose parts purchased separately are not covered under the standard warranty. However, components are still returnable within 90 days of purchase under our standard return policy: dead-on-arrival or non-conforming parts can be returned for a full refund (PCSP covers return shipping for defective items). Free ground delivery is available within the contiguous U.S. and typically arrives in 3–5 business days.
