Inventory Supervisor

The Inventory Supervisor manages the flow of inventory that comes from the disassembly techs as direct reports working in the inventory department. They will ensure items are reaching their finished goods locations in a timely manner and track metrics to ensure employees are on task, document and develop processes that drive quality and improvement, and hold team members accountable. The inventory supervisor will also be the point of contact for items that are needed for the order assembly team to ensure orders go out on time, including items that need to be found on an incoming PO. They will be responsible for gathering and inputting tracked metrics such as: units per hour, units per day, units per week, backlog, errors, cycle count completion %, etc. The inventory supervisor will also review and report inventory accuracy and assign special tasks as needed. They will spot check areas of the inventory for accuracy and keep in contact with all departments to solve problems related to inventory. They are responsible for administrative functions such as employee development, holding team members accountable, performance reviews, and product / process inspections. The inventory supervisor is the point of contact for all inventory questions/problems, and reports to the Operations Manager.

• Schedule, monitor and measure overall cycle count progress of the inventory team

Disassembly Lead

The Disassembly Technician Lead manages a team of disassembly technicians, overseeing the disassembly of enterprise-level workstations and servers in a production environment. More specifically, the disassembly lead manages the flow of incoming palletized purchase orders and distributes them to the disassembly team, ensuring product is processed in an efficient, safe, and timely manner. They are responsible for unloading inbound shipments with the forklift, keeping track of purchase order status, purchase order disassembly and receiving, purchase order reconciliation, and leading the disassembly team on a daily basis. This includes but may not be limited to: training, process improvements, QC checks, daily forklift duties, and performing the disassembly technician role itself.

Inventory Associate

PCSP is looking for an energetic person with a positive attitude to sort and put away computer parts into our inventory warehouse. You will use your technical knowledge to accurately sort computer components and move them to finished goods locations using a handheld Android barcode scanner. You will also print SKU labels and conduct routine cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Some testing of computer components is also included.

Full-time, hands-on role in our New Hudson disassembly department, taking apart enterprise servers, towers and workstations, sorting parts, and recording components. Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour.

Sr. Integration Technician

The Integration Technician Lead is responsible for guiding the integration team on best practices for the entire integration process, including the physical build-out, configuration, and quality control of the servers and workstations processed through PCSP’s staging and integration facility. This is a hands-on, bench-level role requiring technical proficiency with enterprise server and workstation hardware, BIOS/UEFI configuration, firmware management, RAID setup, and drive provisioning. The role bridges technical execution with leadership, requiring skills in cross-functional collaboration, project management, and strategic problem solving. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works efficiently under throughput targets, and takes pride in delivering clean, consistent builds.

• Mentor, coach, and educate the team on best practices for integration design and development
• Conduct peer reviews, and oversee hiring and performance evaluations
