Warehouse Associate
PC Server and Parts – New Hudson, MI

Job Description

PC Server and Parts ships orders all over the country from our shipping facility in New Hudson, MI and we're looking to add a motivated and efficiency-minded person to our warehouse team. As a Shipping and Logistics team member you would be responsible for ensuring that each and every web, Amazon, NewEgg and eBay order is fulfilled, quality-controlled and shipped in a timely and accurate manner. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, warehouse organization and cleanliness, processing incoming inventory and back-stock, stocking boxes and supplies. Our ideal candidate will be able to progress quickly from training to working independently at a fast pace. Punctuality, focus, and attention to detail are especially important for this position. Shipping / Inventory management experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Full-time hourly position in New Hudson, MI
  • A positive work ethic and company culture fit is most important
  • Must be able to walk/stand for 8 hours, and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be an effective communicator in this autonomous position
  • Must be incredibly focused, and have limited distractions
  • Familiarity with domestic and international shipping methods, regulations, address formatting, and shipping programs is helpful but not required.
  • Experience with Amazon, Shipworks, Slack, UPS, USPS, FedEx incredibly helpful
Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Checking in daily on-demand orders
  • Scanning items, and quality control of complete orders
  • Inspecting for damage/defects
  • Cleaning Items
  • Packaging items for shipping
  • Following a rigid timeline of day's shipping to ensure orders are out the door on time.

We are a fun loving, hard working, locally owned online retailer and IT recycler enjoying years of growth. Pay is competitive, new hires are up for review soon after their hire date. Compensation is adjusted based on performance, coworker feedback and proven ability.

Computer Technician
PC Server and Parts – New Hudson, MI

Job Description

PCSP is looking for a dependable, steady worker with a positive attitude to disassemble computers and servers in a production environment. This person will use hand tools and a battery operated driver to remove computer components from computers where they are then sorted and received into our inventory management system.

Required Skills/Experience:
  • Experience working with hand tools and power tools
  • Able to stand and work 10 consecutive hours and lift 50 lbs.
  • Experience using a computer for data entry
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a fast paced production environment
  • Experience receiving products into an inventory system
  • Experience building or repairing computers
  • Above average skill using hand tools and power drivers
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel

Shipping Clerk
PC Server and Parts – New Hudson, MI

Job Description

PCSP is looking for a highly motivated, efficiency minded, dependable clerk to join our shipping team where we pack and ship our products across the country.

Job Functions:
  • Clean and remove labels from computers using a heat gun
  • Clean computers using simple cleaner
  • Data Entry using computer and barcode scanner
  • Assemble boxes for shipping products
  • Package computers using spray foam
  • Pick components using warehouse management software
  • Quality control inspections
Required Qualifications:
  • Use hand tools (tape gun, box cutter, heat gun, power drill)
  • Lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
  • Able to walk/stand for 8-10 hours
  • Experience packaging products for shipment
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Qualification:
  • 2+ Years packaging experience
  • Experience using spray foam packaging
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware

Business Development Manager
PC Server and Parts – New Hudson, MI

Job Description

PC Server & Parts is a leader in the Electronics Lifecycle Management Industry. We find homes for gently used PC’s, Servers, Workstations and more. Our proven process helps drive sustainability in the market and eliminate E-Waste from the environment. 

We are looking for a Skilled Business Development Manager. The main role is to identify organizations with critical IT Hardware needs. You will be hunting for clients with excess IT Hardware that has value on the secondary market. You will also be looking for clients who are looking to take advantage of the cost savings associated with buying gently used IT Hardware vs New. You will become an expert in our unique environment allowing you to identify opportunities, develop messaging, define target accounts, develop strategy plans and close deals.  You will work closely with our executive team and be responsible for management of the Company’s new market pipeline and demand generation. 

Responsibilities:
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow the business and help the company expand
  • Procure and Sell electronic components across multiple business sectors
  • Understand client’s business requirements and work closely with the Management to support those requirements and offer viable solutions
  • Electronic commodity market analysis/research
  • Efficiently work with Microsoft Office products, CRM and Inventory Management Systems 
Ideal Candidate:
  • At least 3-4 years Direct working experience in the Procurement/Sales of electronic components

E-Commerce Sales Associate
PC Server and Parts – New Hudson, MI

Experience Required: 1+ year(s) of experience
Position Summary:

The E-commerce Venue Specialist’s primary objective will be to create, manage and drive sales from a wide catalog of products across E-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Ebay Walmart, and more. Success for this role will involve researching products to identify key features and value, creating effective listings with detailed photos and content, incorporating strategic pricing and promotions, and closely monitoring data analytics (page views, conversions) to make strategic decisions that will result in profitable sales. Electronics relating to computing will make up the majority of the product catalog you will manage, thus experience and product knowledge of computers and electronics will be very helpful to this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Researching products to create listings for a wide variety of electronic products
  • Working within an online venue interface or data-files that will inject products to the venue marketplace
  • Strategically managing the listings you create in areas of price, promotion and conversion to ensure consistent and profitable sales
  • General Business functions such as pricing, cost & profit analysis, and inventory management
Qualifications:
  • Detailed-oriented
  • MS Excel & Google Sheets knowledge (find/sort data, formulas)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to apply strategic thinking to foster new ideas to drive venue growth
