Order Management Team Lead

Operations Full-time Vendor Coordination Process Improvement
Position Description

Under the general direction of the Chief Revenue Officer, the Order Management Team Lead will lead a team of Order Management Specialists, responsible for managing the entire order lifecycle, from order entry to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery, while also focusing on customer satisfaction and process improvement. This position will work closely with outside vendors and consult with internal teams to continuously build relationships, operational efficiencies and drive sales.

Position Responsibilities
  • Actively and continually engage with assigned sales staff to develop solid understanding of their business and recommend solutions for efficiency.
  • Provide guidance to internal teams on resolving variances.
  • Contribute and enforce purchasing standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions with suppliers.
  • Review orders to ensure that items/components are properly classified at time of purchase.
  • Review orders for accuracy regarding shipping address, PO, shipping account information, price, payment, etc.
  • Process drop-ship, special order, and inventory/warehouse orders in a timely manner
  • Work with the inventory team to ensure backordered inventory assigned to orders is received in a timely manner.
  • Provide tracking for inbound order fulfilment as well as customer order tracking.
  • Become a product expert in the product lines the position is chartered to support.
  • Work with sales and the client to request, fulfil and track RMA's to completion.
Education & Experience
  • Previous technology sales experience and/or experience in asset recovery resale a plus.
  • One to two years B2B sales or purchasing experience preferred. Full training provided.
  • Some technical aptitude.

Job Description

Responsible for selling enterprise hardware to our global network of VARs (Value Added Resellers), Brokers, and Resellers. Product Managers maintain multiple customer relationships and sustain a multi-million-dollar sales quota centered around new and refurbished parts.

Position Responsibilities

An opportunity is now available for a Junior Sales Executive to join our team in New Hudson, Michigan.

The Role

As a Junior Sales Executive, you'll be selling our IT systems and parts to large companies and public and private institutions across the US and worldwide. Utilizing our existing data, marketing campaigns, and our catalogue of case studies and testimonials you'll be following up leads and enquiries to create and manage your own accounts. Responding to website enquiries and searches will also be your purview, along with maintaining customer records and communication: the ability to prioritize and organize your own workload is very important. Somebody with creative ideas about maintaining profitable accounts, increasing sales, and capitalizing on the work done by our Marketing department would be perfect for our team.

Working with guidance and support from our experienced sales team, you will be assisting our customers with their configure-to-order purchases, and sharing technical, logistical, and product advice with them to ensure a successful sale and ongoing business. You will be in close communication with our Testing, Logistics, Accounts and Purchasing teams so great communication skills and approachability are very important.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team at our New Hudson, Michigan headquarters.

Position Summary

The Accounting Analyst will play a key role in managing the Accounts Receivable (AR) functions for our B2B operations. This includes creating invoices, managing customer accounts, following up on outstanding balances, and ensuring accurate and timely AR reporting. In addition to AR responsibilities, the analyst will assist with general accounting functions including journal entries and month-end close activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and send invoices for B2B customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past due balances.
  • Establish and maintain new customer accounts in the accounting system.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and payment status.
  • Reconcile AR transactions and assist in resolving discrepancies.
