If your equipment is not functioning properly for any reason (other than neglect or abuse) we will ship the equipment back to our facility, replace the necessary components, and ship the equipment back at zero cost to the customer. What Systems Are Covered?
All workstations, desktops, and servers ordered from our website come with a free Standard 1 Year Full Warranty. All components in configured units are also covered. Parts purchased loose are not eligible.
We offer to extend this warranty period at the time of purchase for up to 5 years (workstations, desktops and servers only). See below more details on our extended warranty.

Addtional Warranty Information
Warranties Purchased Before May 21, 2024
In May of 2024, we changed our standard warranty from 90 days to 1 year. If you purchased an extended warranty before this period, you receive an extra year of coverage from your date of purchase. For example, if you bought a 3‑year warranty in April 2024, you now have 4 years of coverage (through April 2028).
Warranty for International Purchases
PCSP warranties are offered globally to all customers; however, orders shipped outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states must pay for shipping to and from the PCSP facility in New Hudson, MI. Please take this into consideration if you are shipping your equipment outside the United States.
Damages During Shipping
We take extra precautions with packaging and shipping. If your equipment appears damaged during transit (e.g., crushed or torn box), please notify us immediately. PCSP will work with the shipping carrier and send you a replacement.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

PCSP Limited Warranty Agreement
Gramill LLC, DBA PCSP
LIMITED WARRANTY AGREEMENT
This Agreement applies to products purchased by you from Gramill LLC (PCSP), unless you enter into a separate written agreement with PCSP. THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES TO YOU UNLESS, WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) DAYS OF RECEIVING THIS AGREEMENT, (i) YOU NOTIFY PCSP IN WRITING THAT YOU DO NOT AGREE AND (ii) YOU RETURN YOUR PRODUCT UNDER PCSP’S REFUND POLICY. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE. PLEASE SEE SECTION 5 BELOW.
1. Product Limited Warranty
PCSP warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days or for the period stated on your invoice, whichever is longer. The warranty period begins on the date you receive the product(s). During the warranty period, PCSP will, at its option: (i) provide replacement parts necessary to repair the product, (ii) repair the product, (iii) replace the product with a comparable or superior one, or (iv) refund the amount you paid for the product, LESS SHIPPING & HANDLING, upon its return.
You must assist PCSP in diagnosing issues and follow PCSP’s warranty processes. You must obtain service from PCSP. PCSP will not reimburse you for service performed by others. You may be required to ship your product to and from PCSP at your expense if you are outside the contiguous United States. Replacement parts and products will be serviceably used, comparable in function and performance to the original part, and warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. If PCSP asks you to return defective parts or products, you must do so within seven (7) days after you receive the replacement; otherwise, you will be charged for the replacement.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER MISUSE OR MINOR IMPERFECTIONS THAT DO NOT MATERIALLY ALTER FUNCTIONALITY. PRODUCTS SOLD AS “USED” OR “REFURBISHED” MAY NOT PERFORM AS WELL AS SIMILAR NEW PRODUCTS. PCSP DOES NOT WARRANT AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY MISUSE, ABUSE, ACCIDENTS, VIRUSES, DATA LOSS, UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE OR PARTS, OR THE COMBINATION OF PCSP PRODUCTS WITH OTHER PRODUCTS. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER SOFTWARE‑RELATED ISSUES.
2. Services and Service Limited Warranty
For ninety (90) days after services are performed by PCSP, PCSP warrants that such services were performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Back up all files before service and remove any data from parts or products returned to PCSP. PCSP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF YOUR DATA.
3. Warranty Process
If a product is defective during the warranty period, contact PCSP via phone at (248) 305‑7900 and/or email at support@pcsp.com before taking further action. PCSP will determine the appropriate action, which may include returning the product for repair or replacement. If a return is required, PCSP will issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. Include this RMA with your return. FAILURE TO OBTAIN AN RMA PRIOR TO SHIPPING RELIEVES PCSP OF ALL FURTHER OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
Returned products must be shipped to: PC Server and Parts, 55960 Grand River Ave, New Hudson, MI 48165, or to another address provided by PCSP.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, PCSP DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, other than those incapable of exclusion under applicable law. Any non‑disclaimable implied warranties are limited to the term of this Agreement. PCSP’s and your maximum liability to the other is limited to the purchase price paid for products or services, plus interest as allowed by law. Neither party is liable for events beyond its control (acts of God, etc.) or for property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruption of business, lost profits, lost data, or other consequential, punitive, or special damages, except where such limitations are not permitted by law. Your rights may vary by jurisdiction.
5. Dispute Resolution
You and PCSP agree that any Dispute will be resolved exclusively by arbitration administered by the National Arbitration Forum (NAF) under its rules, before a single arbitrator, limited to the Dispute between You and PCSP, and not on a class‑wide basis. The arbitration will be held at a reasonable location near your residence or by documents/telephone/online, at your choice. If You prevail, PCSP will reimburse NAF fees you paid. The arbitrator’s decision is final and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. If either party brings a Dispute in a forum other than NAF, the arbitrator may award the other party its reasonable costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, to enforce this provision. This provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §1 et seq.).
For this provision, “Dispute” means any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to (i) this Agreement, its interpretation, breach, termination, applicability, or validity, (ii) the related order for, purchase, delivery, receipt, or use of any product or service from PCSP, or (iii) any other dispute relating to the relationship between You and PCSP. “PCSP” means PC Server and Parts and its parent Gramill LLC, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, beneficiaries, agents, assigns, and component suppliers; “You” means you and those in privity with you (e.g., family members or beneficiaries).
6. General
You may not assign this Agreement without PCSP’s written consent. This warranty is non‑transferable and protects the original purchaser only. PCSP and its subsidiaries/affiliates are intended beneficiaries. If this Agreement conflicts with other documents related to your purchase, this Agreement governs. Modifications are valid only if in writing and signed by PCSP. If any term is illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflicts of law.
For Residents of Canada: This Agreement is subject to applicable Canadian consumer protection laws from which private agreements cannot derogate. You confirm your request that this Agreement and all related documents be drafted in English.
