Empty drive tray for Dell M-series blade servers. Server trays (or caddies, carriers) are small sleds that hold a hard drive which slides into the server and connects to the backplane. This tray will fit in specific Dell branded servers that hold 2.5” drives. See below a full list of compatible servers. This drive tray will fit the following models: M820 M640 M630 M620 M520
