PCSP uses a third party service to verify the legitimacy of orders placed on the website. This fraud prevention company is called Eye4Fraud.
After you have placed an order on the website, Eye4Fraud may deem your order potentially fraudulent. At this point we will put the order on hold until Eye4Fraud verifies the order.
If your order is flagged, Eye4Fraud will reach out to you via the phone number or email you provided with your order. This email will come from verify@pcsp.com. They will ask you to provide details of your order like the billing and shipping address as part of their verification process. Please respond to them in a timely manner so that your order is not delayed.
If your order has been placed on hold and you do not see an email from verify@pcsp.com, first check your spam folders or other emails. If you still don't see their email, call us at 248-305-7900 or email support@pcsp.com.
