If your equipment is not functioning properly for any reason (other than neglect or abuse) we will ship the equipment back to our facility, replace the necessary components, and ship the equipment back at zero cost to the customer. Rest assured knowing that you are in great hands when you purchase your equipment from PCSP.
PCSP Standard Warranty covers the cost of replacement parts, labor, and shipping for all configured units. Our technical support team is standing by to help you troubleshoot any issues with your equipment and will ship your replacement parts in a matter of a few business days.

What Systems Are Covered?
All workstations, desktops, and servers ordered from our website come with a free Standard 1 Year Full Warranty. All components in configured units are also covered. Parts purchased loose are not eligible.
We offer to extend this warranty period at the time of purchase for up to 5 years (workstations, desktops and servers only). See below more details on our extended warranty.
