IPBaseK9 provides the Cisco IP Base technology package for the ISR 4000 Series platform.
UCK9 provides the Cisco Unified Communications technology package used to enable supported voice and unified communications functionality.
The ISR4431 platform provides 500 Mbps base aggregate throughput and supports an upgrade to 1 Gbps with the applicable Cisco Performance-on-Demand license. A performance license is not implied by the presence of IPBaseK9 or UCK9 unless specifically stated.
The NIM-2GE-CU-SFP contains two dual-mode Gigabit Ethernet interfaces. Each interface can use supported copper RJ45 or SFP connectivity as configured.
The ISR4431 hardware platform supports 500 Mbps base aggregate throughput and up to 1 Gbps with the appropriate Cisco performance license. This listing should not be interpreted as including the 1 Gbps performance license unless specifically stated.
IPBaseK9 and UCK9 do not automatically include SecurityK9, AppXK9, HSEC-K9, CUBE session licensing, CME user licensing, or other separately licensed Cisco features.

Returns
Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — email support@pcsp.com or call (248) 305-7900 with the reason for the return, and we will issue the RMA along with the return address.
Refunds are issued to the same form of payment used at checkout. If the equipment is not defective, the buyer pays return shipping; shipping fees are refunded when the product is found to be defective.
There is 20% restocking fee applied to any items returned ordered in error or returned as defective but deemed as operational upon receipt. Product will be in good working condition, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software.
