What does Xeon W offer over a Core i7/i9?

Which Xeon W series fits my machine?
W-2100 and W-2200 (LGA 2066) go into the Dell Precision 5820 Tower, HP Z4 G4 and Lenovo P520 — W-2200 usually needs a newer BIOS where the machine shipped with W-2100. W-3200 (LGA 3647) belongs to the Mac Pro 2019 and high-end C621 boards. The newer w3/w5/w7/w9-2400/3400 chips use socket LGA 4677 and only fit current-generation workstations.
