  Once you understand how these work, they're pretty awesome for quickly installing machines in a data center. Note that the rails may come apart as you're unwrapping them, but you should *not* try to attach one part to the server and the other part to the rack as you would with Supermicro rails. To use these successfully, the rails should clip into the rack and extend to their maximum extension and then you should lowe r the server so that the six metal posts (three on each side) slide into the six sockets on the rails. Note that there are releases to allow the server to slide in on the left and right rails, push in. If the server still refuses to go all the way in, odds are you do not have the six posts on the server locked into the rails correctly. Remove the server and try again. (push the release lever on the rail next to the foremost post and then slide the server towards you and up)

Returns

Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — email support@pcsp.com or call (248) 305-7900 with the reason for the return, and we will issue the RMA along with the return address.

Refunds are issued to the same form of payment used at checkout. If the equipment is not defective, the buyer pays return shipping; shipping fees are refunded when the product is found to be defective.

There is 20% restocking fee applied to any items returned ordered in error or returned as defective but deemed as operational upon receipt. Product will be in good working condition, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software.
