Returns
Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — email support@pcsp.com or call (248) 305-7900 with the reason for the return, and we will issue the RMA along with the return address.
Refunds are issued to the same form of payment used at checkout. If the equipment is not defective, the buyer pays return shipping; shipping fees are refunded when the product is found to be defective.
There is 20% restocking fee applied to any items returned ordered in error or returned as defective but deemed as operational upon receipt. Product will be in good working condition, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software.

Fantastic Used R630!
We ordered this "Build Your Own - Custom Dell PowerEdge R630 8 Bay SFF 1U Server (2.5")" for a simple DC setup and couldn't be any happier. The server was in near-perfect condition and completely free of dust or debris. Everything worked straight off the bat, no modifications needed. The H730 battery was in great condition, the server came with more blank drive bay fillers than we paid for, overall a great experience from PCSP. The server has now been running for ~3 months 24/7 without fail.
