Returns
Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — email support@pcsp.com or call (248) 305-7900 with the reason for the return, and we will issue the RMA along with the return address.
Refunds are issued to the same form of payment used at checkout. If the equipment is not defective, the buyer pays return shipping; shipping fees are refunded when the product is found to be defective.
There is 20% restocking fee applied to any items returned ordered in error or returned as defective but deemed as operational upon receipt. Product will be in good working condition, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software.

PCSP - BYO Dell Poweredge R640
I cannot recommend PCSP more highly - From a configurator that is easy to use to a wide selection of high quality equipment PCSP is now my go-to source for refurbished equipment. The R640 is a BEAST and can easily run circles with any OS you throw at it. Dell support of drivers and accessories is premium and there is a compatibility that allows decisions to be easily made. PCSP must have time warp technology because my server was configured and at my doorstep within 3 days!!! -- this was during the holiday season also. The equipment itself was flawless and looked like it was NIB. Packing was perfect and when I opened the box there were zero concerns that it could have been damaged in shipping. Everything was reset to factory defaults allowing a seamless configuration. I bought a R640 to upgrade from a HPE dl360p gen 8. Could not be happier with the product or the company - THANKS PCSP!!!
