The ICY DOCK ToughArmor MB996SP-6SB is a rugged full-metal hot-swappable drive enclosure designed to install six 2.5-inch SATA or compatible single-channel SAS hard drives and solid state drives into a single external 5.25-inch drive bay.

This configuration includes SATA cables but does not include drive trays. Compatible drive trays are required to install drives into the enclosure.

Returns

Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — email support@pcsp.com or call (248) 305-7900 with the reason for the return, and we will issue the RMA along with the return address.

Refunds are issued to the same form of payment used at checkout. If the equipment is not defective, the buyer pays return shipping; shipping fees are refunded when the product is found to be defective.

There is 20% restocking fee applied to any items returned ordered in error or returned as defective but deemed as operational upon receipt. Product will be in good working condition, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software.
