PCSP proudly offers the most comprehensive warranty in the refurbished IT hardware industry. If your equipment is not functioning properly for any reason (other than neglect or abuse) we will ship the equipment back to our facility, replace the necessary components, and ship the equipment back at zero cost to the customer. Rest assured knowing that you are in great hands when you purchase your equipment from PCSP. This warranty will be upheld for a period of 3 years from day of purchase. All orders placed on this website will be shipped by the end of the next business day (Monday – Friday) via FedEx, UPS or USPS. In-stock orders placed before 1:00 pm (EST) are eligible for same day shipping. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

PLEASE NOTE: If using a third-party freight forwarding service, note that this will void your warranty. We are not responsible for damages from freight forwarder to the final destination.

Returns

Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — email support@pcsp.com or call (248) 305-7900 with the reason for the return, and we will issue the RMA along with the return address.

Refunds are issued to the same form of payment used at checkout. If the equipment is not defective, the buyer pays return shipping; shipping fees are refunded when the product is found to be defective.

There is 20% restocking fee applied to any items returned ordered in error or returned as defective but deemed as operational upon receipt. Product will be in good working condition, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software.
