The Cisco Aironet AIR-AP3802I-B-K9 is a high-performance enterprise wireless access point built for environments that require stronger client density, faster wireless throughput, and advanced RF optimization across demanding business deployments. It features dual-band 802.11ac Wave 2 wireless radios with 4x4:3 MU-MIMO technology, allowing it to deliver up to 5.2 Gbps aggregate wireless throughput for laptops, mobile devices, VoIP systems, and bandwidth-intensive cloud applications. Cisco also equips the 3802 series with CleanAir spectrum intelligence, ClientLink beamforming, and a modular radio architecture for enhanced interference mitigation and long-term deployment flexibility. Physical connectivity is handled through 1 x 100M/1G/2.5G/5G Multigigabit Ethernet RJ-45 port and 1 x 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet auxiliary RJ-45 port, giving the unit high-speed uplink capability with optional link aggregation support.
With Cisco Unified Wireless Network / Mobility Express licensing support, the access point provides centralized wireless management, advanced RF tuning, roaming optimization, security policy enforcement, and controller-based enterprise WLAN functionality. Returns
Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — email support@pcsp.com or call (248) 305-7900 with the reason for the return, and we will issue the RMA along with the return address.
Refunds are issued to the same form of payment used at checkout. If the equipment is not defective, the buyer pays return shipping; shipping fees are refunded when the product is found to be defective.
There is 20% restocking fee applied to any items returned ordered in error or returned as defective but deemed as operational upon receipt. Product will be in good working condition, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software.
