The Cisco Catalyst C9117AXI-B is a high-performance enterprise WiFi 6 wireless access point built for organizations that require stronger wireless density, faster multiclient throughput, and advanced RF intelligence across demanding business environments. It features dual-band 802.11ax radios with an 8x8:8 MU-MIMO architecture on 5 GHz and 4x4:4 operation on 2.4 GHz, allowing it to deliver up to 5.38 Gbps aggregate wireless throughput for laptops, mobile devices, VoIP systems, and bandwidth-intensive cloud applications. Cisco also integrates OFDMA efficiency, BSS coloring, Target Wake Time, WPA3 security, and a dedicated Bluetooth Low Energy radio to improve client handling, IoT visibility, and wireless consistency in dense deployments.
Physical connectivity is handled through 1 x 100M/1G/2.5G/5G Multigigabit Ethernet RJ-45 PoE uplink port along with 1 x RJ-45 console management port and 1 x USB 2.0 interface for additional service flexibility. As an internal antenna “I” model, it is designed for clean indoor ceiling or wall installations, while the “B” regulatory domain identifies the supported wireless region set. With Cisco Catalyst wireless controller / DNA licensing support, the access point is built to operate with Cisco Catalyst 9800 series controllers, while Embedded Wireless Controller capability can also be enabled when needed for smaller independent deployments. Cisco administrators also continue to view the 9117AXI as one of the stronger high-density first-generation Catalyst WiFi 6 AP platforms because of its powerful 8x8 radio design, multigig uplink support, and flexible CAPWAP/EWC deployment options—making it an excellent choice for organizations that need scalable enterprise wireless performance with stronger client density handling and centralized management flexibility.

Returns
Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — email support@pcsp.com or call (248) 305-7900 with the reason for the return, and we will issue the RMA along with the return address.
Refunds are issued to the same form of payment used at checkout. If the equipment is not defective, the buyer pays return shipping; shipping fees are refunded when the product is found to be defective.
There is 20% restocking fee applied to any items returned ordered in error or returned as defective but deemed as operational upon receipt. Product will be in good working condition, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software.
