PCSP Standard 4 Year Warranty

The PCSP Standard Warranty covers parts, labor and shipping. If your machine stops working properly for any reason other than neglect or abuse, our support team troubleshoots with you first. If it needs a repair, we ship it to our facility in New Hudson, MI, replace what failed and ship it back.

• Term: 4 years in total, counted from the day your machine arrived.
• Claims: a claim made within the term counts, even on the last day, and the repair is completed.
• Shipping: covered both ways within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Outside them, shipping to and from our facility is paid by the customer.
• No fault found: if a machine sent in under warranty turns out to work properly, there is no charge, but return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Buying it later: add the plan any time before your 1-year warranty ends, then email support@pcsp.com the order number of your machine so we can link the two orders.

One plan covers one server, workstation or desktop. Loose components are not eligible. Full warranty terms

**Note: Free Shipping only applies to US contiguous states and to orders over $35. Hawaii, Alaska, and other US territories do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping to PO Boxes does not qualify for free shipping.**

All orders placed on this website will be shipped by the end of the next business day (Monday – Friday) via FedEx, UPS or USPS. In-stock orders placed before 1:00 pm (EST) are eligible for same day shipping. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

PLEASE NOTE: If using a third-party freight forwarding service, note that this will void your warranty. We are not responsible for damages from freight forwarder to the final destination.

Returns

Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — email support@pcsp.com or call (248) 305-7900 with the reason for the return, and we will issue the RMA along with the return address.

Refunds are issued to the same form of payment used at checkout. If the equipment is not defective, the buyer pays return shipping; shipping fees are refunded when the product is found to be defective.

There is 20% restocking fee applied to any items returned ordered in error or returned as defective but deemed as operational upon receipt. Product will be in good working condition, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software.
