Everything listed on this page is hardware we hold in our own New Hudson, Michigan warehouse, not a drop-ship catalogue. As of August 2026 the shelf carries roughly 490 in-stock server configurations: about 330 Dell PowerEdge, 125 HPE ProLiant and a run of Supermicro barebones chassis. Around 175 of those listings are build-to-order platforms — you choose the processors, memory, drives, RAID controller and NICs, and we assemble that exact machine. The rest are finished, priced units you can add to the cart today.
Stock snapshot: August 2026. Counts and price bands move daily as units sell and new lots are processed — the product grid above this text is always the live picture.
Where the machine lives decides more than the badge on the bezel does.
Our Dell inventory clusters around four generations, and the trade-off between them is straightforward:
On the HPE side the same logic maps onto DL380 Gen9 at the value end and DL380 Gen10 as the current workhorse. Browse the full HPE ProLiant, Dell PowerEdge and Lenovo ThinkSystem shelves, or size the array first with our RAID calculator. Not sure which level the workload needs? What is RAID? compares RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 side by side, and every build can ship with a matched RAID controller.
A used server bought from an auction listing arrives as whatever the last owner left in it. A refurbished server from PCSP arrives as the machine you specified:
Most of what leaves this warehouse goes out in quantity — refresh projects, lab build-outs, MSP fleets. If you need matched units, a repeatable spec across several nodes, or something that is not listed, submit a quote request. A specialist reviews it within one business day and returns a detailed, no-obligation quote in 24–48 hours, and we will match a competing written offer if you have one.
It means the unit has been stripped, inspected, cleaned, repaired where necessary, reassembled to the specification you ordered and load-tested before shipping. It does not mean “powered on once and boxed”. Cosmetic wear is possible on chassis and bezels; functional condition is verified on every unit.
On build-to-order listings, yes — CPUs, memory, drives, RAID controller, network cards and rails are all selectable on the product page, and we assemble to that list. For finished units, or for a layout that is not offered online, send us the spec through the quote form.
It varies by listing, so the product page is the authority — rails and bezels appear there as selectable options where we have them. If you need a specific rail kit for a known rack depth, ask before ordering and we will confirm availability.
Every configured server carries a free 1-year warranty covering replacement parts, labour and return shipping, starting the day the hardware arrives. Coverage can be extended to five years at checkout. Loose components purchased on their own are not covered under this system warranty.
Yes — volume and matched-spec orders are the bulk of our business. Send the target configuration and quantity through the quote request form; if part of it is not in stock we source it through our partner network and confirm timing within one business day.
